Heisenberg Learning Center believes that all children have exceptional talent and can be stimulated to grow better physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially through essential elements such as (1) proper guidance of a professional teacher (2) allowing students to have choices and let their curiosity lead their learning (3) technology must be incorporated in their education (4) and providing a safe environment, free from bullying, threat of acquiring serious diseases and missed classes due to natural calamity to meet their full potentials.
